At BAT Plumbing and Heating, we believe in honest, transparent pricing — no hidden fees or surprises.

Fixed Price list:

Boiler Service: £90 (please note many boiler manufacturers require full strip down service every 3/5 years, this is not included, additional costs may apply)

Landlords gas safety certificate: £80

Boiler service + Landlords gas safety: £140

Hot water cylinder Service: (G3) £80

Heating/plumbing inpection (for home buyers & sellers): £150

Hourly rate: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) £80

Hourly rate: Mon-Fri (5pm-10pm) £120

Weekend hourly rate: (8am-5pm) £120

Additional Info: Emergency out of hours available upon request

Materials: Charged at trade prices plus a 20% mark up
