Boiler Service £90 (please note many boiler manufacturers require full strip down service every 3/5 years, this is not included, additional costs may apply)
Landlords gas safety certificate £80
Boiler service + Landlords gas safety £140
Hot water cylinder Service (G3) £80
Heating/plumbing inpection (for home buyers & sellers) £150
Hourly rate Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) £80
Hourly rate Mon-Fri (5pm-10pm) £120
Weekend hourly rate (8am-5pm) £120
Additional Info Emergency out of hours available upon request
Materials are charged at trade prices plus a 20% mark up
